Laser Hair Removal

In laser hair removal, the dark pigment in the hair shaft is targeted and destroyed. Usually three or more treatments are required at each site to achieve permanent hair growth reduction. Darker hair on light skin responds best to the laser, while lighter hair (white, gray, or red) is less responsive.

Prior to your treatment

Please make sure that you have shaved the area we are treating prior to your appointment. Do not pluck or wax for at least 3 weeks prior to your appointment as this will remove what the laser is targeting. You cannot have laser if you are tan prior to your appointment.
