We accept most insurance plans; however, if you prefer to pay out of pocket, our self-pay pricing is simple, straightforward, and fairly priced.

• New Patient Visit: $200

• Established Patient Visit: $150

• Actinic Keratosis* (AKs): $100 - $500

• Biopsy*: $120 first lesion, $60 each additional lesion

• Cosmetic Removal of Lesion*: Price varies by size and location

• ED&C: $200 per lesion

• Intralesional Kenalog Injections (ILK): $100 and up

• Lentigo: $100 - $500

• Milia: $100- $500

• Seborrheic Keratosis* (SKs): $100 - $500

• Skin Tags: $100 – $500

• Warts*: $150 - $400

 Costs vary by size and complexity; your provider will provide a personalized quote.

• Level 1: $500

• Level 2: $800

• Level 3: $1,000

• Level 4: $1,200
